To protect our products and our customers we place insurance on all shipped packages except for mask orders.

Mask Orders
Our mask listings come with free letter mail shipping which does not include tracking or insurance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or over due packages not yet delivered. Canada Post is currently not offering guaranteed shipping due to the overwhelming demand. If you require tracking and insurance on your package please let us know before purchase so we can customize your listing to include these charges. If you do not receive your order please do contact us. Packages damaged by postal service will be returned to us and we will contact you regarding your order.

All custom orders do not qualify for refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Our customers will receive pictures of their finished product (S) during creation and as well when complete.
We will not ship out till you confirm your satisfaction with the item.
If you are not reachable to confirm your satisfaction we will ship out but do require the buyer to pay for all charges associated with alteration requests there after.

We do not cover alterations that are requested based on a change of mind. please be sure upon ordering that your custom requests are set and understood.
We will repair items that are faulty in its manufactured process only. All additions and shipping is paid for by customer.
Buyer must pay for all return shipping.

All our materials are ethically sourced.
We also support our local Native Communities.
All our items are handmade.
Fabrics to fur, leather, bone, horn, stone, beads, copper,natural elements. At times we use leather conditioner, paints, dyes, stains.
We utilize recycled coats and other materials. All materials are washed before we start the creative process.
If you have allergies to animals, fur, peanuts please do not purchase our products as we are not a peanut free home, we have pets outside of our studio and we deal with fur material both synthetic and real animal fur and leather. we are not responsible for allergic reactions.
All sales are final we do not offer refunds. We strive to provide quality products with a earth loving spirit.

we require measurements for most of our creations to ensure a perfect fit.

upon purchase we will message you with required measurements.

we cannot process your order without these measurements.

in cases where we are unable to reach you we will wait for instruction.

We will not ship an item until we receive measurements.

All our items require hand washing. we do not recommend machine washing as this can ruin your product and shorten its life span.

Air dry
Feathers can be washed gently with wet cloth and blow dryed.
For items with real fur or leather, spot cleaning is best.

We accept PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods where available.

International buyers you are responsible for all taxes, duties & fees.
All sales are final.

We do at times make arrangements with our customers for layaway plans.
Please message us with layaway requests.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their country will allow our items to pass within your country. Please check your countries rules and regulations as it pertains to the acceptance of creative arts using ethically sourced animal parts such as feathers, bone, fur and horn.
All our items are custom made for each of our customers and in the event that your country will not accept your item we cannot offer refunds on custom items that are made specifically for you.
Please be sure to check with your countries policies before purchase.

Unclaimed Packages
Any parcel that is returned to us because it is Unclaimed, Refused, Undeliverable, Banned/Prohibited or due to an incorrect shipping address will not be refunded as all our items are custom made. Custom orders are not refunded and orders are not cancelled once shipped.

Import Duties and Fees

We are not responsible for customs charges or import duties.
We are not responsible for calculating these charges.
As a buyer it is your responsibility to ensure taxes and charges are paid for by yourself.

Shipping

We will make NO shipping time frame Guarantee; once a package leaves our office it is in the hands of the USPS govt. employee's the handling & delivery time of that package at that point out of our control. We are not responsible for package delays due to customs or postal issues.
